The delivery normally takes between 3-7 business days.
There is also a Pickup option for customers within our own region and point for collection can be communicated via e-mail or WhatsApp.
Why the wait?
All products are and made and takes time and love to make.
Some times its hard to find the colour you may want or the wool needed is out of stock. In any of these there will be communicated
with you in advance.
We also use a courier to send your package and you will be able to track your parcel via them. Lead time may very because of the
courier or if there may be a stock out.
Returns Policy
Please keep in mind that the products are handmade and may differ in colour as wool is sourced from different places.
Please pick your colour and the size as well.
If a return is needed, please contact in 24h from receiving parcel to see if return is possible. Keep in original packaging.
Returns will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
We will not be liable for the courier damages or loss.
